Strokes- Games (Conan)

Huge fan of everything Julian does but I can't stand behind these hats he's been wearing recently.. Love his voice on this song though and that's all that matters.

Black Star performing at Paid Dues

Watch this video of Black Star performing in California. The combo of Mos Def and Talib Kweli makes my favorite rap duo. I really hope they release another LP. The world needs Black Star.

Watch The Kills Perform on Conan

Last night The Kills rocked Conan by performing their single "Satellite" I love the dancing backup singers in the background. It gives off a Gladys Knight and the Pips vibe. Maybe that's a stretch but the performance is still awesome.

Foo Fighters live from Letterman Studios

Last night Foo Fighters played an almost 2 hour long show live at the Ed Sullivan Theater. Watch the whole thing in the video above!

My Morning Jacket- Circuital (Live)

Royal Bangs TV Debut

The Royal Bangs made their TV debut on Letterman this past Friday. So glad they sounded good. I've been hyping these guys nonstop and seeing them on the big stage put a tear in my eye.. Hope to see them make more TV appearances in the future.

Mumford and Sons, Avett Brothers, and Bob Dylan at the Grammys

My favorite performance of the Grammys last night. Mumford and Sons dominated "The Cave", Avett Brothers dominated "Head Full of Doubt" and then they all joined Bob Dylan as he grunted his way through what looked like a fun ho down that reminded me of living down south. Enjoy!

Kanye West- Runaway (VMA Performance)

2010 MTV Video Music Awards - More VMA Video

About a year after the whole Taylor Swift/Kanye West incident at the VMAs, both were back to debut new songs. Taylor Swift decided to milk the situation by starting off with a video of the incident. She then preceded to sing a song about forgiving Kanye. She sang lyrics letting him know that he can still get into heaven and that he can recover from hitting rock bottom... (Wait he just interrupted her right?) Anyway.. Later on in the night after Taylor Swift was done with her pretentious performance, Kanye took the stage and dominated. Watch the video above to see Kanye keep it real in his music, and more importantly sing something sincere and creative. Complete opposite of Taylor's performance...
