The Royal Bangs continue to build buzz. After being featured at SXSW and playing the festival circuit during the summer, they are on the verge of releasing their third album, Flux Outside which is out March 29. This band from Knoxville, Tennessee has a hard sound to define. It's always nice for a band to create their own sound, and that is exactly what Royal Bangs have done. Their sound ranges from loud rock anthems to electronic jams. They do this in their own way without being gimmicky or trying to rip off other bands. Also a fair warning for when you see these guys live... They play loud and the crowd is known to turn into a dance party. If you don't believe me watch the videos below.. So if you haven't heard of the Royal Bangs you are missing out on a band that I think is destined to be huge.
