We've been covering a lot of rock lately so we decided to change things up a bit and go with electro-pop artist Oh Land. Hailing from Denmark, this former ballerina is making quite the name for herself. From being an unknown this time last year to signing with Sony Records isn't an easy thing to do. What makes Oh Land standout to me is her unique voice. Add in some electronic beats and you have a star in the making . After having generated a lot of buzz for herself at this years CMJ Fest she is currently finishing up her first studio album. The album comes out on March 15.. Right in time for SXSW. She played the festival two years ago but this time she is coming in with a wave of momentum, so be on the look out for her. You can hear some of her songs over at her Sound Cloud page.
